I like your design; the color choices reflect the notion of recycling
and the graphics are appropriate.
When I looked at your index site in Netscape 7, the only display
setting where the green bars looked ok were 800x600; every higher
setting caused the green bars to shift somehow.
Unfortunately I have no suggestion how to handle the differences between
Netscape and Explorer.
Concerning the content page I would probably reconsider the blue
text. In my feelings the blue does not match that well with the overall
design. On the other hand it might be too boring if you use one of
your design colors (eg. black). Maybe you could experiment with a
very dark green or blue.
A last suggestion deals with the writing of the title: would it be
possible to place the green "R" and "T" closer
to each of the words?
I think you did a good job and if you figure out how to overcome
the differences between Netscape and Explorer please let me know.
I could use some advise there too.

It has been so great to see your project develop over the past few
weeks! I love your choice of colors and images for this site. But
I want to give you some suggestions.
First, in your introduction page, the green line cross is not appropriate.
The green line takes too much space. On the left bottom side, there
are no images. I think you should insert something.
Second, in your content page, the overall page is unstable. I felt
that the page is located in a gray island. The two black rectangles
are not appropriate.
My only suggestions for this page is that you erase the green lines
from top to bottom.
I think this is going to be a wonderful presentation of the work
that you have done, and I'm glad I had a chance to see the site being
built! I can't wait to see the final version at the showcase.

I think you did nice job! Overall, you site is clean and clear, with
the necessary information nicely laid out. Here a few thoughts that
might be helpful
- At the index page located at http://www.arches.uga.edu/~sarahlee/edit6190/ert/index.htm,
it might be more eye-appealing to shrink the green cross within
the gray box. I think the stick-out parts are kinda distracting.
- I know that you want to keep a nice balance between text and graphics,
but you might want to combine the text ERT with the tri-arrow sign.
Give more room to the slogan, and even a short description of the
purpose of you site (in the place of now ERT)
- Also on the index page, re-order Services, Contact, and Store.
Contact usually is at the very end of navigation scheme.
- To better enhance the topic of your site, you might try a graphic
that features an environment scene, change its transparency, and
use it at the background of your site.
Hope this helps.

I glanced at your intro and content pages. I like the recycling logo
and your color scheme conjures up images of recycling. The information
is easy to read and the site seems simple enough to find your way
around. I like the content pages for the same reasons. Good luck on
the rest of your site!!!!

I enjoy the color layout of your page and I also like the clean look
you have developed. It looks environmentally friendly. Now, sadly
I can't read your content so I guess I should refrain from comment.
When you get all of your links working let me know and I will be happy
to give you any additional feedback.

You have really spent some time with your layout and design or possibly
a really neat template. Great design and has very professional look!
Do you think there is a way to put the whole "package look"
on the welcome screen? It might look nice not to have to scroll down
to see it all? The only link that was working at this point was the
Services link.
Of course, your theme "Recycling" begs to use green(s)!
I'm not real keen on the use of gray with the green, however. I'm
probably too "matchy-matchy" though, if you know what I
mean. I played around with some other colors - light taupe and some
other shades of green. Within the boxes I liked more of a taupe/gray
#D8D7C2 or #D5DAC0.
Behind the box/background I liked #9FC188
which closely matches the recycle symbol. Let me know when you're
ready for me to check out the other links.

I know it's a little late but I thought I would still try to give
you a
desk crit anyway. I think your site looks really good. The only thing
I had some trouble with was the links. I think the layout and design
of
the site work well. I only had trouble with understanding exactly
how
the site was set up because of the broken links. And I wasn't sure
what
the content was because I guess it's not up yet. But it's a really
nice
looking project. Thanks for letting me give you a desk crit.

I have really enjoyed watching your project develop. From what I
understand, you are only creating the look for a website that is yet
to be completed. I kept this in mind when I couldn't read the content!:)
On your first page, I know that there are green bars that form a
cross. I believe the color is great for the business subject and I
believe it commands your attention. However, when browsing from home,
they disappear. It may very well be my AOL stinks, but I thought I
would tell you.
The New Customer application form is very well done. As is the Request
for more Information. Is there going to be a Current customer form
or is there such a thing? I understand you were only responsible for
creating the form design- which is crisp and polished. Nice job.
The FAQ page- did you get that information from your client? It was
very interesting to read and laid out nicely.
The only suggestion I would offer is a way to get back to the main
page. I understand there may not be much purpose to this- but people
are strange desiring that home button.
Great job! I'm sure your client is very pleased and I learned that
such a business exists!
