Different Types of People & How to Deal with Them Page

Watch Out! Here they come, the 10 most UNwanted list. This page will help you identify them and give suggestions on how to deal with them. Also check under each picture to see how each person rates in The Lens of Understanding.

The Lens of Understanding shows the relationship between a persons intent and what happens when their intent is not met. Each type of person starts out in the center of the circle, or the normal zone. When their intent is not met, the person's behavior can change into that of the gray zone.
