Curriculum Integration

The Package Acceptance module is just one of the twenty modules developed for the Customer Center Associate Training.

While each module is important to the training as a whole, it has been decided that certain modules need to be reviewed early in the training process, while others can wait towards the end.

The modules have been numbered based on the recommended order of completion. Notice that the Package Acceptance module is number six on the list. This is because information in modules one-five are needed to successfully complete the Package Acceptance and it is fairly important that new hires complete this module in their first week of training.
